Arizona Tenant Landlord Act This document governs the minimum expectations between a landlord and tenant.

 

Tenant Welcome Letter - This letter contains general information about accessing the tenant portal, rent payments, and contact information for the staff.

 

Tenant Portal Instructions  - This document provides instructions on how to update your contact information and change your portal password.

 

Tenant Move-In Checklist - This is the document provided to you when you took possession of the rental property.  It needs to be completed and returned to the property manager within 10 days in order to document the property's condition upon your move-in.  This document will help to avoid disputes relative to your security deposit upon the termination of your lease. 

 

Tenant Move-Out Procedure - This is the procedure that needs to be followed when giving notice regarding your impending move-out. It addresses the timing of the notice, the method of delivery to the property manager, as well as the condition in which the property needs to be left in as you leave.
